Third-Party Services
The outside services our websites and platforms rely on, and what each one receives.
Running a learning platform means relying on a few outside providers. We keep that list short on purpose. This page names the ones actually in use, and what each of them handles. They act on our instructions for the job described, and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
Payments
Razorpay
Processes payments on our platforms. When you pay, you enter your card, UPI, net-banking or wallet details on Razorpay’s own secure interface. Razorpay receives the payment details and the order amount; we receive only the outcome, a payment reference, the amount and the name on the payment instrument. Card numbers, UPI PINs, CVVs and bank credentials never reach our systems.
Video hosting and delivery
Bunny.net
Stores and streams our course videos. Your device requests video from Bunny’s delivery network, so it receives the technical details needed to serve a stream, including your IP address and player requests. It does not receive your account details or your purchase history.
Sign-in
Provides “Sign in with Google” on our platforms. It is optional — you can create an account with an email address and password instead. If you choose it, Google confirms your identity to us and we receive only the basic profile information you authorise, which is your name, email address and profile picture. We ask for nothing further, and we do not get access to your Google account, its contents or your activity elsewhere.
Hosting and infrastructure
Hostinger
Hosts our websites, our platforms and their databases, and keeps backups. As the host it necessarily stores the information our platforms hold, and its servers record standard access logs including IP addresses.
Transactional email — account messages, receipts, password resets and replies to your questions — is sent through a standard SMTP mail server. The message and your email address pass through it in order to be delivered, as with any email.

This informational website currently loads two things from outside providers as part of the standard theme and hosting tooling:
- Gravatar (Automattic) — serves profile images. Where an image is requested, your browser contacts Gravatar directly.
- Hostinger Reach — a script included by our hosting provider’s tooling.
We are working towards serving every asset from our own infrastructure. This page will be updated when that changes.
Analytics and advertising
We do not run analytics tracking or advertising on our websites. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no behavioural tracker. We do not show targeted advertising, we do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Services we do not currently use
We do not currently send SMS or WhatsApp messages. If we add a messaging provider, or any other service that handles your information, we will name it here before or when it goes live.
How we choose providers
We give each provider only what it needs for its part of the job, and nothing more. Where a provider stores information for us, we rely on the terms of service and data protection commitments it publishes. Each of these companies has its own privacy policy governing what it does as a business in its own right.
